Planning Your Visit to Reets Drying Academy
CLOTHING
Wear work attire. You will be working. Jeans, Shorts or other work pants are recommended because you will get wet. This is a hands-on water damage class--you will spend time in the classroom, outdoors and in the warm flood house environment so plan accordingly. Please also note that weather conditions in Georgia can vary greatly in autumn through spring so please check www.weather.com before packing. Summer in Georgia is always hot and humid.
CELL PHONES
Do not use your cell phones in class! Record a message on your voicemail that you are offsite in training and will return calls during breaks, the lunch hour and after class. Let everyone in your office know that you will not be available during the day. We know that many of you have your own business, but you are coming to this class to improve that business. You MUST focus in order to do that.

Information about the Wyndham Peachtree Conference Center
Terrace Restaurant – The Terrace Restaurant is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On Mondays, the dinner buffet features Surf-n-Turf and Sunday Brunch is available from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Room Service – Room Service is available from 6:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Fitness Center – 10,000 square feet fitness center, open from 5:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. Racquetball, elliptical machines, treadmills free weights or Wii Fitness. Racquetball equipment can be borrowed from the front desk. Outside volleyball, tennis and basketball courts.
Pool –Three pools on property – 1 indoor and 2 outdoor. The hours are from 5:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Business Center – Mail, copy, print, fax or email in the Service Center is the located in the conference wing - 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
ClearAir Rooms –A Clear Air room is a room that has been put through a process that lessens the impurities in the room and improves the air quality. For allergy sufferers, it’s the difference in a restless sleep and a peaceful night’s rest. For the rest of us, it is a peace of mind knowing that your room has a significant reduction in germs, bacteria and viruses. Request when making a reservation or upon arrival. Please note that there is a $20.00 premium.
Multi-Use Paths – The Wyndham has access to over 90 miles of paths. Take a morning jog around Lake Peachtree or rent a golf cart and explore the city! For a map of the trails or information about golf cart rentals, please see the front desk.

DIRECTIONS
To the Wyndham from the Airport:
Exit the airport and take 1-85 South.
Exit 61 towards Peachtree City and turn left onto Hwy 74.
Travel approximately 11 miles and turn left onto Hwy 54.
Wyndham Peachtree will be about a ½ mile on the left.
Once you cross over the lake, take the first left.
To Reets Drying Academy from the Wyndham:
Turn right out of the Wyndham.
Travel on Hwy 54 for 1.2 miles.
Turn left by Collector’s Corner (Big Yellow House) and continue on Hwy 54 for about 6 miles.
Turn right at the intersection with flashing lights onto Hwy 16.
At the first traffic signal turn right onto Poplar Road.
Turn right and end at Champion Cleaning Systems (3010 Poplar Road, Sharpsburg, GA 30277).
TRANSPORTATION
If you are traveling by air we recommend arriving the day before class begins so that you can be well rested and arrive for class to begin promptly at 8 am. To allow for traffic and security check-in, please keep in mind that we do not recommend scheduling a departing flight before 8 pm on the final day of the World’s Fastest Drying System course or before 6 pm at the conclusion of the World’s Best Agent Marketing course.
Transportation service is available to the airport, corporate offices, local restaurants and shopping destinations.
To schedule shuttle service, please contact Wyndham’s transportation department at 770-486-3284 or 770-487-2000 preferably 48 hours in advance. An airport shuttle departs from the Wyndham on the hour, starting at 7 a.m. and stopping at 10:00 p.m. Please contact Wyndham directly to schedule your arrival and departure or with any concerns.
On exam day, instruction will end around 3 pm. The shuttle will pick up here at 5 pm. If you do not plan to take the exam please contact Wyndham Transportation today (Tuesday) to arrange an earlier pick up.
The World’s Best Agent Marketing course ends at 3 pm. You will be taken back to the Wyndham, not directly to the airport.
