This three-day course shows owners, owner/operators, and upper management how production decisions and estimating strategies work together to support a proper scope to ease adjuster pushback and improve profitability. Using the S500, applicable laws and regulations, and real-world workflows, leadership will learn how to align field and office teams so documentation, negotiations, and estimating all move in the same direction. Designed as the full Get Paid for Water Restoration Series, this training gives leadership visibility into what each role is learning and how those decisions impact negotiations, job performance, and getting paid faster. Owners and managers who attend all three days will leave with a clearer strategy to support their teams, reduce disconnects, and create more consistent results across the company. If your company has not taken this course yet, a members of each role should attend the course. Production team members would attend the first day and estimators would the next two days. This will ensure the strategies are learned and applied throughout the company.
