These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Reets Drying Systems, LLC (the “Site”), ReetsTV, courses, AI Services, and related services operated by Reets Drying Systems, LLC, including services offered under the Reets Drying Academy brand. Reets Drying Systems, LLC is referred to in these Terms as “Reets,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” These Terms apply to users of both paid subscriptions and free trials, to the extent applicable to the relevant service and type of access. By accessing or using any of these services, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the site or any of its features or services — including training formats such as in-person, livestream, or streaming content — at any time. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively from the date stated in the updated Terms or otherwise communicated to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise these rights. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.
Cancellation Policy for all ReetsTV subscriptions and renewals
By subscribing to ReetsTV, you acknowledge that this subscription will automatically renew monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected, unless you cancel before the applicable renewal date. The renewal period, price, and cancellation method will be disclosed clearly before purchase or as otherwise required by applicable law. No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel before the renewal date, except as provided in this refund policy or required by applicable law.
Reets will provide an online cancellation method, which may include a clear cancellation link in your account, a preformatted cancellation email, or another reasonably accessible online cancellation method. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the then-current paid billing period and prevents the next renewal.
Refunds for subscriptions are eligible on the day of the transaction, minus a 10% processing fee to cover card transaction costs. From days 2–7 after the transaction, refunds will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee in addition to the 10% processing fee. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for any subscriptions purchased with Reets Drying Academy. To request a refund, subscribers must contact us at reets@reets.tv or 770-712-7293.
Cancellation Policy for In-Person and Livestream Courses
Cancellations and changes relating to in-person and Livestream courses are governed by the cancellation and change terms set forth in our separate Cancellation Policy, available HERE. Those cancellation and change terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Account Security
In order to access some of the services on this site, you will be required to use an account and password obtained by completing our online registration form, which requests certain information and data (“Registration Data”), and by maintaining and updating your Registration Data as required. By registering, you agree that all information provided is accurate and that you will keep it current. We collect, use, and disclose Registration Data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for all activity on your account and must keep your password secure. Notify Reets Drying Systems, LLC immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account by emailing reets@reets.tv.
You may not transfer or share your account with anyone. ReetsTV and Ask Reets may be accessed only from the number of devices permitted under the applicable subscription, and all such devices must be used by the same subscribing company at a single location. If your login credentials are intentionally or negligently shared or compromised due to your acts or omissions, access may be revoked, and you will be liable for liquidated damages of $5,000.00 per occurrence. For this purpose, an “occurrence” means each separate instance of unauthorized access through shared or compromised credentials.

All content made available by Reets through the Site, ReetsTV, the Learning Management System (LMS), any AI Service, or any other Reets product or service— including, without limitation, videos, graphics, data, training materials, content provided in person, by livestream, through the Learning Management System (LMS), in recorded or downloadable form, and through any AI-powered service, including AI-generated responses, summaries, and draft documents — is the exclusive property of Reets Drying Systems, LLC and/or its affiliates and is protected under intellectual property law. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, repost, transmit, distribute, record, screen-record, audio- or video-record, transcribe, capture, scrape, extract, upload, or otherwise use any Reets content, or input any Reets content into any artificial intelligence system, automated recording or transcription tool, data-training model, machine learning system, or similar technology, without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of your access and may subject you to civil and criminal liability, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If you engage in any use prohibited by this section Reets may immediately suspend or terminate your access and seek liquidated damages of $25,000.00 per occurrence. For purposes of this provision, each separate act of unauthorized download, copy, recording, sharing, or distribution of an individual item of Reets content constitutes a separate occurrence.
AI-generated responses that incorporate, reference, summarize, or are derived from Reets’ proprietary content do not become the property of the user solely because they are generated in response to a user’s request.
AI-Powered Services and Acceptable Use
Certain features of the site and ReetsTV use artificial intelligence, automated content retrieval, and document-generation technologies, including the chatbot available to visitors of the site (the “Public Chatbot”) and the AI assistant available to eligible ReetsTV subscribers under the name “Ask Reets” (“Ask Reets,” and collectively with the Public Chatbot, the “AI Services”). By accessing or using any AI Service, you acknowledge that you are interacting with an AI system and agree to these Terms. A Reets representative may join or take over a conversation when reasonably necessary. Messages and conversations submitted through the AI Services may be stored, reviewed by authorized Reets personnel, and otherwise processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Public Chatbot provides information based on publicly available Reets content. Ask Reets may provide eligible ReetsTV subscribers with extended responses, summaries, and generated documents based on member-only Reets content and other authorized sources. Access to Ask Reets requires an active ReetsTV subscription and satisfaction of any additional eligibility requirements applicable to Ask Reets, and ends when the applicable subscription ReetsTV ends, or Ask Reets access period ends, whichever occurs first. Subject to these Terms, Reets grants users a limited, non-exclusive right to use AI-generated responses and documents for their own educational purposes, internal business activities, and specific restoration projects. Project-specific generated documents may be shared with persons reasonably involved in the applicable project, provided they are not used to redistribute Reets content or create or support a competing product or service.
You may not use the AI Services to scrape, systematically extract, bulk extract, copy, record, or reconstruct Reets content. You may not use bots, automated prompts, scripts, unauthorized APIs, or similar tools to access the AI Services. You may not bypass rate limits, membership verification, access controls, or security measures, share account access, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated responses, create or support a competing course, training product, knowledge base, chatbot, or service, or use Reets content or AI-generated responses to train, test, develop, or improve another artificial intelligence or machine-learning system. You are responsible for ensuring that any information or materials submitted to the AI Services may lawfully be provided and processed, and you must not submit sensitive personal information or third-party confidential material unless you have appropriate authority and the submission is reasonably necessary for a permitted use.
AI-generated responses and documents are provided for educational, informational, and drafting purposes only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. They do not constitute professional advice and do not replace applicable laws, safety requirements, manufacturer instructions, professional judgment, site-specific assessment, or the current official version of any applicable industry standard. Users must independently review and verify all outputs before use or reliance and must not use an output as the sole basis for any safety-critical, legal, regulatory, or professional decision.
AI Services available during a free trial or beta period, including Ask Reets during its Beta Period, are subject to the same restrictions. Unless expressly approved by Reets in writing, each person or organization may receive only one free trial. Reets may suspend or terminate access to any AI Service, beta feature, account, subscription, or free trial if it reasonably suspects misuse or a violation of these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all materials and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We make no guarantees that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations. You assume full responsibility for the use of this site and any risks, including loss of data or system damage.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reets and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the site, services and AI Services even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Reets’ aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of or related to the site, services and AI Services will not exceed the greater of (a) $100.00 or (b) the amount you paid to Reets for the affected service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reets Drying Systems, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses, including legal fees, resulting from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
Termination of Use
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the site and its content immediately ceases, and we may delete your account and related files.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Georgia for any legal matter related to these terms.
Miscellaneous
In any legal action related to these Terms of Use, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover legal costs and reasonable attorney fees. Any claim must be brought within one year or be permanently barred. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours freely. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Payment Terms
If any portion of the payment is not received within thirty (30) days of the due date, your access to course materials — including livestream, in-person registrations, or streaming content — may be suspended or terminated.
Coupon codes for discounts must be applied to the transaction at the time of purchase. Transactions placed without providing the necessary coupon code for a discount will not be refunded after purchase is made.

Continuing Education (CE) Courses
CE courses must be completed within 30 days of purchase. After that period, course access is not guaranteed. CE course purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided, except as required by applicable law. You are solely responsible for submitting all required CE documentation (including certificate) to the IICRC. Reets Drying Academy is not liable for credit issues resulting from IICRC policy changes or delays in submission.
All content within this Learning Management System (LMS)—including but not limited to videos, text, images, quizzes, and downloadable materials—is the intellectual property of Reets Drying Academy and is protected under U.S. copyright law.
This content is for authorized educational use only by enrolled students and licensed organizations.
You may not copy, share, reproduce, record, upload, or input any portion of this material into artificial intelligence systems, data-training models, or similar technologies without prior written consent from Reets Drying Academy.
Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of this material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
