TERMS OF USE

Coupon codes for discounts must be applied to the transaction at the time of purchase. Transactions placed without providing the necessary coupon code for a discount will not be refunded after purchase is made.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the site or any of its features or services — including training formats such as in-person, livestream, or streaming content — at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.

Cancellation Policy for all ReetsTV subscriptions and renewals

In order to receive a full refund on a renewal fee, subscribers must contact us and request a refund at reets@reets.tv or 770-712-7293 within 1 business day from the charge. Between 2–7 days after the charge, a $250 processing fee will be applied. After 7 days, no refund will be issued.

By subscribing to ReetsTV, you acknowledge that this subscription will automatically renew each month. It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to continue. Please note, no refunds will be issued for failure to cancel before the renewal date.

Refunds for any annual subscriptions are eligible on the day of the transaction, minus a 10% processing fee to cover card transaction costs. From days 2–7 after the transaction, refunds will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee in addition to the 10% processing fee. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for any subscriptions purchased with Reets Drying Academy.

Account Security

In order to access some of the services on this site, you will be required to use an account and password obtained by completing our online registration form, which requests certain information and data (“Registration Data”), and by maintaining and updating your Registration Data as required. By registering, you agree that all information provided is accurate and that you will keep it current. You also grant us the right to disclose to third parties certain Registration Data about you.

You are solely responsible for all activity on your account and must keep your password secure. Notify Reets Drying Systems, LLC immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account by emailing reets@reets.tv.

You may not transfer or share your account with anyone (licensing agreement is 1 location per subscription or 1 user per Start Up bundle). If your login credentials are shared or compromised due to your actions, access will be revoked and you will be assessed a fine of $5,000.00 per occurrence.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including videos, graphics, data, and training materials — is the property of Reets Drying Systems, LLC and/or its affiliates and is protected under intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, repost, transmit, or distribute any content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal penalties.

If you copy or distribute content from this site without authorization, you will be immediately denied access and assessed a $5,000.00 fine per occurrence.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All materials and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations. You assume full responsibility for the use of this site and any risks, including loss of data or system damage.

Limitation of Liability

We and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reets Drying Systems, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses, including legal fees, resulting from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

Termination of Use

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the site and its content immediately ceases, and we may delete your account and related files.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Georgia for any legal matter related to these terms.

Miscellaneous

In any legal action related to these Terms of Use, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover legal costs and reasonable attorney fees. Any claim must be brought within one year or be permanently barred. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours freely.

Payment Terms

If any portion of the payment is not received within thirty (30) days of the due date, your access to course materials — including livestream, in-person registrations, or streaming content — may be suspended or terminated.

Continuing Education (CE) Courses

CE courses must be completed within 30 days of purchase. After that time, course access is not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for submitting your CE documentation (including certificates and attendance sheets) to the IICRC. Reets Drying Academy is not liable for credit issues resulting from IICRC policy changes or delays in submission.

Refund Policy

All content within this Learning Management System (LMS)—including but not limited to videos, text, images, quizzes, and downloadable materials—is the intellectual property of Reets Drying Academy and is protected under U.S. copyright law.

This content is for authorized educational use only by enrolled students and licensed organizations.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, record, upload, or input any portion of this material into artificial intelligence systems, data-training models, or similar technologies without prior written consent from Reets Drying Academy.

Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of this material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
