We have come up with a list of examples to explain character, ability, strength and truth.

Character

Trust your customer! The best way to start is by assuming that every single one of your customers are trustworthy. If you start distrusting your customers they will more than likely distrust you.

Ability

Being certified is one of the best ways to show your customers that you have the ability to accomplish the job you were hired for. Make sure you keep your technicians certified and get any additional training when the need arises. Training and Education are a great investment that has a huge return!

Strength

Go that extra mile! When you exceed a customer’s expectations you are showing them that you really care about their relationship.

Truth

Be honest with your customers! Don’t omit detail either! Do exactly what you said you would do, when you said you would do it!

Next week we will look at how to determine the preferred method of communication with your customers.
